Estimated shipping times
Shipping estimates are just that, estimates. I cannot guarantee delivery time. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: due to COVID, USPS is still experiencing delivery delays in some areas - see below.
If your DOMESTIC order goes missing and tracking hasn't been updated in 30 days, please contact your local post office FIRST. If your local USPS is unable to provide an update please send me an email and I'll do my best to help locate your package.
INTERNATIONAL orders without upgraded tracking cannot be offered the same. Please contact me for tracking options to international locations.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
I will accept order cancellation within 5 hours of purchase. After the 5 hour mark your order will be processed and production will begin on your item. Once production has begun cancellations are not accepted.
Due to the personalization and custom nature of these products, unless an error was made on my part returns, exchanges or refunds are not offered. I want you to be happy with your purchase so please send me an email if there is an issue with your order and we will work together to resolve the issue.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING:
Gift wrapping is an option for all coastal decor and beach signs. All items are wrapped in recycled kraft paper. There is also an option to include a gift message with your order.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift please be sure to include the recipient's address as the shipping address.
