Thanks for your interest in our directional signs! Please see below for answers to our most asked questions.

Q: What size are each arrows/points?

A: Each “plank” measures 18” x 3.5”. If you need a different size, please reach out to us prior to ordering: info@sablesol.com

Q: Are these sealed so they can be hung outdoors?

A: Yes!  All signs are shipped to you with two coats of spar urethane applied for weather protection.

Q: What kind of paint do you use?

A: All signs are painted with exterior latex paint and primer.

Q: What kind of wood do you use?

A: All signs are made from pressure treated pine wood. It is common to see knots and dings in this type of wood and we don’t try to remove them. We refer to the knots and dings as “beauty marks”.

Q: Do you have a catalogue of artwork to choose from?

A: Nope. You let us know what you’d like on the sign, and we’ll make it happen. You can send photos for ideas you have for your signs to: info@sablesol.com  Important note: we will not copy someone else’s work so please don’t ask us to.

Q: Do you provide proofs before sending my order?

A: We don’t provide proofs but are happy to provide a photo of the completed order when your order ships.

Q: How do you attach the rope to the back of the signs? Can I see a photo?

A: We attached the rope with a heavy-duty galvanized type of nail that holds up to the weather. We don’t provide photos as that will give away the specific type of nail we use as that’s our trade secret. Thanks for understanding.

Q: When will I know when my order ships?

A: You will be sent an update with a tracking number the day your order ships.
